Midcentury Modern furniture is widely sought after by Umbrella’s clientele, so about a third of the collection is from this period.  We always have the glitz factor in the mix, with lucite and animal prints somewhere to be found.  There’s particular emphasis on designer pieces by tastemakers such as Milo Baughan, Charles and Ray Eames, Vladimir Kagan and Adrian Pearsall.  We also keep an eye out for contemporary winners like George Smith and Roche Bobois, with greatly reduced secondary market prices.
